Isabela Batista Reis Ferro is the founder of RBF Wellness Hospitality Group. Her background combines hospitality operations, eldercare support, Medicaid long-term care experience, dementia care, and family guidance.

She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Home Health Aide (HHA), with professional experience supporting elderly clients, families, assisted living facilities, nursing facilities, and Medicaid long-term care cases.

RBF Wellness Hospitality Group was created to address one of the most challenging gaps in eldercare: the disconnect between administrative long-term care processes and the human and emotional needs of seniors and their families.

Many families are overwhelmed by Medicaid documentation, facility communication, medical appointments, financial organization, and care decisions. At the same time, elderly residents require dignity, emotional support, safety, comfort, and personalized attention.

Our proposed model combines healthcare coordination, Medicaid long-term care navigation, administrative support, family advocacy, and hospitality-based service standards to create a more organized and compassionate eldercare experience
